Day 44 of Insanity! My rambled thoughts .....
So 44 days ago i decided to CONSISTENTLY take control of my fitness again!! NO EXCUSES, My day is scheduled around my workout and not just to say i will get it in!!! My wife and son are in it now who are inspiring others!!Thats the reward! Helping others see that it's possible for them too! Im proud of them because they are taking control of there health and fitness too!! 10 to 20 mins a day will get you on the path to a healthier and fulfilling life!! What are we really waiting for? if you want it, own it!!!

Day 3 - My Shakeology Cleanse log
8:00am Green tea
10:00am Shakeology, ice, water and 3/4 banana, the best one is the morning one! lol
10:20am Finished my Shakeology!!!
10:42am i hear my stomach turning and growling! LOL Im not hungry tho!! hmmmmmmm
Today was hard because of family time, i brought my Shakeology bag to make sure im consistant! LOL
12:43pm i was at the mall, i was hungrey so i needed a snack, luckly i packed some Almonds so i replaced that with the fruit! LOL
3:24pm im at the parents house so i blended up my lunch Shakeology with ice and water! I even shared it with mom and dad and they actually liked it!! Dad was recommending other things i could add to it to give it a cool mix!!
5:45pm DINNER TIME!!!!! ill have my last Shakeology later today
8:30pm My last Shakeology of the night! I mad it sooo think! LOL 9:00pm FINISHED!!!!!! FEEL GREAT!!!!!!
I learned ALOT from this Shakeology Cleanse! Day 2 for me was the right way to attach it all!!! My knees do not hurt and i feel ready and excited for day 1, round 3 of Insanity tomorrow!!!! LETS GET IT ALL!!!!

Day 2 - My Shakeology Cleanse log
8:30am getting the green tea ready!! Today i need to to spread out the times to do this a little so i dont feel REALLY hungry!!! BIG learning for me yesterday!!
9:33am just finished mixing up my morning Shakeology with ALOT of ice and a Banana! ITS THICK!!! So this should fill me up!!! Im eating it with a spoon! LOL
10:00am WOW, it took me awhile to Finnish it! LOL FEEL FULL AND GREAT!!!!!!!! will pace myself today!!!
10:10am feeling COOLLLDDDD!!!! its cold here in my office and having a COLD Shakeology = COLD! lol
12:48pm FEELING GOOD!!!!!! time for my first snack!! I feel like i can do this!! LOL Fist snack is a fruit!!! A few strawberries!!! BAM!! lol Hopefully it will only me for my 2nd Shakeology of the day!!
2:37pm LUNCH Shakeology with ice and water, i will prepare the green tea as soon as im done
3:00pm 1 cup hot water done, preparing the green tea
3:49pm Feeling Hungry, TIME TO MODIFY!!! ALMONDS!!!!!!!!
4:58pm This is were i start to feel week and light headed!! Sleepy even! LOL I will eat a few more Almonds and drink PLENTY of water!! lol
7:08pm I make my Shakeology THICK!!! Full of ICE!!!! YUM!!! FEELING GREAT RIGHT NOW!! I notice i lost some more weight! LOL
8:49pm DINNER TIME!!!!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MEAL ALLLLL DAY!!!!!!!
10:16pm So day 2 COMPLETED!!!! I have a little headache but feel GOOD!!!! 1 more day to go!!!! Then i'll weigh in!!! BAM!!! GET IT!!!!
One thing i do want to mention that the past to day i was gassy! LOL, I've heard Shakeology can do that to you! It's part of the process cleaning you out! *wink*

Day 1 - My Shakeology Cleanse log
1. my body needs the rest, Knees starting to hurt
2. need the "jump start" my body for Round 3 starting May 31st! THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO DO THAT!!!
IM EXCITED AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE!! lol Im not even sure my body is ready for this .....
This morning i woke up HUNGRY!! I didnt have any green tea so i quickly went to the store to buy some!

Surprisingly i feel full!!
its about 10:00am and im feeling hungry, i know water will be VERY important during this experience so i have ALOT ready in a 74oz bottle! you need at least 2-4 liters a day!!! We will see!! *cheese*

1 fruit, so im doing strawberries and a small piece of banana! I feel hungry but im drinking ALOT of water to help with the hunger feeling!
its 12:08pm and im thinking to myself, what time is LUNCH TIME!!!! Next for lunch is another Shakology but trying to pace this out! LOL
12:46 pm - still working on my water, feeling hungry but will make my 2nd Shaekology around 1:30ish! lol

2:00pm boiling the water for my green tea!
2:15pm - still sipping down this hot green tea! I actually feel good right now!
4:00pm feeling a little hungry but drink water to help with the hunger!
4:15pm feeling light headed! REMEMBER YOU CAN MODIFY!!!! you can modify by eating 5-10 almonds or 1/2 banana! ALMONDS IT ISSS!!!


5:35pm Chocolate Slushy Shakeology completed!!!
6:00pm Finished the Shakeology and FEEL GREAT!!!!!!! Tomorrow i need to schedule the day better!
8:00pm im okay, feeling a little hungry but nt much! Drinking my water! IT REALLY HELPS!!!

DAY 1 COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!

Now based on my learnings today, tomorrow will be even BETTER!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I repeat this for the next 3 days!!!

I've been getting the question, "Any suggestions or tips for a person just starting Insanity?"
In my opinion, this is what I've learned through this journey so far! Shaun Ayala's Top 10 Tips when starting Insanity!
1. I would get a free coach from Beachbody!! They will guide and help you!!! There is no GREATER feeling then connecting with someone who have or is going through what you will be going through!

2. REMEMBER THE REASON (your "why") YOU ARE DOING THIS AND MAKE IT YOUR REASON TO PUSH PLAY EVERYDAY!!! Identify your long term goals and your short term goasl! Focus on short term goals because they will get you to your ULTIMATE END goal!
3. WATER!!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT doing Insanity! At least 64oz per day!! if you are not use to this amount, work your way up to it!! DO THIS DAILY!
4. Commit to a specific time EVERYDAY!!!! if it's 5:30am, commit EVERYDAY!!! Thats what i did!!!

7. FOOD IS IMPORTANT!!!! YOU KNOW WHATS RIGHT FROM WRONG!!!! MAKE RIGHT CHOICES!!! I personally added Shakeology to my diet and its a great health treat when craving the sweets!!!!
8. I have learned the importance of "consistency" and that with "time" things are possible. I've realized that we live in a world where we would rather have instant gratification, BUT PLEASE dont fall into that misconception and just keep pushing forward and pushing play!!!!
9. Let every one around you know your goals! THEY WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST SUPPORTERS!!!! and if they dont you know who not to be around! LOL

Beachbody Coach Summt
The 3 day event started off with a SUPER workout with the best, including Tony Horton from Power 90/ P90X to Shaun T from Insanity!! Shaun T said it the best after his session!
I started Day 2 off with a workout Early AM with Shaun T! That was an incredible moment!! I didn't expect to experience this, The success stories group from Beachbody recognized me in line as we were waiting to get in to the workout room!! Breana said Shaun? Go in to the room! Do you have your "I earned it" T shirt? I said YESS I DOOOO!!!!! AND BAM!!! Me and about 6 others got in the room first waiting around and SHAUN T happen to walk in!! We out of the group of maybe 200-300 was able to kick it and hang out a few mintues along with Shaun T before the actaully "Crazy Insanity" workout! Here is what took place:
This in it's self has boost my confidence in making sure that i continue what i do to get the results i want!!! Being a coach of Beachbody is AMAZING!!!! The Biggest Loser
Never think that any of this stuff is beyond us!! We have the power to make a change, as long as we are open to it and we commit! Learn from challenge and change!!! WE WILL DO THIS!!!!
Beachbody and their Products & Programs allow each of us to make the change we want for our health and fitness, we have an opportunity that others do have not found to be important to them yet! My Day 1 Insanity Lost Footage!
WOW!!!
This is the day i got Shaun T's INSANITY in the mail!! WOW!! I remember how excited i was but EXTREMELY shy in filming myself! I remember telling myself maybe this could help others. I didnt want to start this and not finish! I remember getting that package and asking myself "AM I SERIOUS!!??" I remember saying its ONLY 60 DAYS!!! JUST WAKE UP LIKE 5:30ish AND PUSH PLAY!!!!! ...... I remember going through all the excuses that I might have in not making this happen! I also remember saying it was only like $130 bucks ... HAHHAAH, ONLY?????? i could have done a lot of things with that $130, but i decided to invest it in me!! I HOPE YOU FEEL THE SAME!!!!! I started thinking but not convincing ... that i spent this money on these DVDs for a reason, something must of happened that made me REAALLLLYYYY make that phone call, get these DVDs and trusted and believe that it could change my life!!! WE HAVE ARE REASONS!!! Remember that reason and make that BE the DRIVER!!!!! Buying it was simple, committing to the next 60 days was the challenge! I figured i start immediately the next day and no wait!! One thing i did realize is if i put it off I would probably neeevveerr get to it and just admire how cool the package was! LOL
So the next day came, DAY 1 of Shaun T's INSANITY... i tried video taping my day 1 pics!! I was embarrassed and hide the fact that i was even attempting this!! Believe it or not, I ordered Shaun T's INSANITY and didnt even tell my wife!! I didn't want ANYONE to know that I felt insecure about my appearance and weight! I was afraid of what other would say or think! I guess some how a part of me was going to do this with out her knowing!!! BOY THAT WAS A BIG MISTKE!!!! lol, What i fail to realize is that those who are close to you, love and care for you really what to support your choices!!! I appreciate my wife because she is a supporter!! My brother a Supporter!! My family and all!! Once i got over that, things became easy because everyone wanted to look out for me and make sure i was holding myself accountable to the commitment i made!!!
Starting this can be hard, making it a habit is much more difficult! This is a lifestyle, your TODAY is the outcome of your past actions, what you plan to do TODAY will become the outcome you want for TOMORROW!

Insanity PLUS Shakeology - Day 1
4 days ago i complete my 90th day in my Beachbody Journey using INSANITY. Im dedicated in achieving what most people think is fake or they are VERY skeptical about! My goal: A PURE In-Home workout body from Shaun T's INSANITY. The last 90 days was Beachbody products! I order the program INSANITY and use their supplements: ActiVit Multivitamin Formula and the P90X Recovery Drink! If anything I believe that the P90X Recovery Drink is the minimum supplement needed with any workout! Well, I WAS SOOO IMPRESSED by my results that i wanted to see and feel what ALLLL this talk was, about the product Shakeology ! SO I'VE ADDED IT TO MY DIET and daily Supplements! I put in my order and now im on Day 4 of it and honestly, I LOVE IT!!!! Day 90 of Insanity!
DAY 90!!!! Im excited, embarrassed, thankful!! Its amazing to see the transformation I'm going through! Im excited because i can see where this is going! I CAN FEEL IT!!!!!!!!! Im embarrassed because my Day 1 pics was WOW!!!, Why did i let myself go? I know for sure i was happy and enjoying life, but im happier and more confident now too!! Im embarrassed of Day 1 but cant help smile at the progress thats taking place!! Its crazy to see these pictures together! I want YOU to see and feel the same why i do right now! If you feel you need to shape up, IT's INCREDIBLE!! Its hard, doing this each day is REALLY HARD!!! but when you know and believe in what you want! this is EASY!!!! Treat this as if you were going to work!! you make sure you get to work or a doctors appointment on time, ... TREAT THIS THE SAME!!! MAKE THE TIME AND YOU WILL ENJOY IT!!! My day 1 through 30 was HELL!!!! I wasnt seeing or feeling the results i wanted! I WANTED TO GIVE UP!!!! I wasnt satisfied and didnt believe that this was going to work!! I told myself everyday for the 1st 30 days that i was going to prove Shaun T wrong!! The scale wasnt treating me right but i didnt let that take me away from what i wanted to accomplish!!! i noticed i started to fit my clothes better near recovery week! I knew that if i wanted results, its not the first 30 days! I realize that my body needed to get use to this all first!!
Then i started to notice and see real results!!! Days 30 to 60!! Can you see it? A little but obvious! That lit a fire within me to PUSH LIKE I HAVENT PUSHED BEFORE!!! MONTH 2 KICKED MY ASS!!!!!!!! But day 60, i lost 15lb total!! I WAS HAPPY!!!! not satisfied but happy!!! After day 63 i was sold and well .... day 90, you can see for yourself!!! My mission is to inspire YOU and be the first with a PURE INSANITY Body!!! NEXT 30 DAYS I WILL OWN!!! cant wait to show my next 30 day final pics!!!
So DONT GIVE UP BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT SEE A QUICK RESULT!! Keep pushing play for the FULL 63 days and then compare!! I BET YOU WILL SEE AND FEEL CHANGE!!!!!!

Another Day of Shaun T's Insanity!!!
If you at the beginning of your journey,
I can just imagine how sore everyone is, your legs, core, shoulders ....... you might be feeling beat, maybe your feeling a feeling of love and excitement ... if anything you should feel accomplished!! I DO!!! This was a day/week/month of being committed!! YOU ate right, YOU made time for the work outs, YOU made the conscious decision to do all these things! Be proud, I AM!!! YOU MADE IT HAPPEN!!! One day/week/month down!! ENJOY IT!!!!
Remember drink your water, continue to make the right choices in foods and get ready for the next day!!!! You might still feel sore but thats okay!!! ITS WORKING!!!!!!! push through it and DO NOT use it as an excuse to take a extra rest day!!! IF YOUR IN PAIN thats another thing, LISTEN to you body! but soreness, PUSH THROUGH just enough to get the work out in, in a few week you will be doing this with the ability to PUSH PUSH AND PUSH!! You will digg deep!!

Write that down somewhere, put it by your TV, by the Insanity DVD set, put it in a place where you know it will be a reminder!!
Do not allow anything to stop you from achieving your goals! Make these days COUNT!!!!

URGENT: The scale will LIE to you!
The scale will LIE to you!
I know everyone's body is different, what i would suggest is that you hide the scale for the ENTIRE first month of INSANITY. TRUST ME!!!! If you dont you might have days that are disappointing and you might question what your doing!!! You might just step on the scale and its more than when you begin!! You MIGHT just stay at the same weight for weeks thinking your pushing play and working HARD!!! You might think your failing!! Im telling you ...
The scale will LIE to you!
REMEMBER, to burn fat you need to build muscle! AND YOU WILL BUILD MUSCLE!!! Muscle weighs MORE than fat! if you gained weight, THATS THE REASON WHY!!!

You know you are working hard, you know your eating right! KNOW THAT YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH!!! I went through my downs cursing EVERY day at Shaun!! LOL I told him that i will prove him wrong!! I DID and YOU WILL!!!! Dont trust the scale in your first month!! I started dropping weight during recovery week! you might be different, your journey might change.....
Just keep in mind that you may not see results on the scale in month one and thats OKAY!!! WHAT YOU WILL NOTICE is that you clothes will fit better, feel better!! THAT WILL BE A SIGN THAT YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS!!!! SO Just keep pushing play, keep pushing hard, eat right and I promise you, when day 60 comes, you will be happy with what you've accomplish!!! It might not be the results you see on TV but it will be results!!

We really are what we eat!
I mean, Fast food when my wife and i felt like it! I mean ... McDonald's was our first choice! WE LOVED THE DOLLAR DOULBE CHEESE BURGER!!!! the 3 cookies .. the whole dollar menu was GREAT!! after that we were on a mission to fine the BEST Dollar menu of all!! We tried them all! Jack in the Box became our next phase .. $99 for a BIG Cheeseburger WAS THE BEST!! BLEW AWAY McDonal's version ... That and the curly fries we couldn't help but love it!!!! .. THHEENNNN we found the best of them all .... Carls Jr.'s "BIG CARL" ... if you haven't tried that, IT WAS GOOD!! Thats all we went for!!! Those where the day!!
Makes you hungry doesn't it??? ...... well ..... think about it for a second! Im hungry too writing about it!! LOL
Eating those great American Favorites in that moment was GREAT!!! Think about it .... "We are what we eat!"
Think about the moment eating these thing, Remember THAT moment ........ "We are what we eat!"
Life is great when eating it isn't it .....?
Now think about .... think about the moment after you've finished eating that meal, with the drink and the large fries or what ever it is thats your favorite!!! Think about the moment when its all done and in your body

Think about HOW YOU FELT!!! Did you feel different?????? Was your body telling you something? did you even notice?
The fullness, the bolting maybe .. the gas maybe??? all the signs that your body gives you is telling us something .. do you agree?

I get overwhelmed thinking how CRAZY this is, i wake up early every morning just to sweat my pants off!!! and for what? to look good? feel good? for my family? to live long? maybe even taking control of one aspect of my life i know i have full control over? it could be all or a combination! Maybe your reasons are different and more meaningful! My father told me this week that this could me a one time thing were you look and feel good for a second, if you want to feel good and look good this is FOREVER!!! Committing to a healthy diet and workout is tough, but if you want it, you got to keep being consistent!!!! If your like me and you remember the pure reason of why you did it on day one, keep that thought going EVERYDAY, and make that your driver and reason to not miss a day!!! Yess you will get to a point where you feel it isnt necessary, but the moment you forget your pure reason, it will lead to the moment you become what you once was!
Your NOW is what was developed from your past, your FUTURE is what you plan to do today!!!!

I want to send a special thanks to Candice Ayala, my beautiful wife who has supported and never thought i was wasting my time or money!! Thank you for your understanding my journey of insanity, and the meny more thats coming! Thank you for making sure i didn't eat the chocolate candy in the house when i needed it, Thank you for reminding me that they are alternatives to things i can eat! Thank you for having options in our home to choose from! Thank you for pushing me out of bed when you thought i wasn't going to get up!
